Recently I shared a quick and easy breakfast using Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage and Pillsbury Biscuits. Here is another quick and easy breakfast recipe using Pillsbury biscuits that will be an instant favorite!
This classic recipe has been around for years but this one by Pillsbury is especially easy and yummy!
2 ¼ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 cans Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (7.5 oz each)
½ cup butter or margarine melted
¾ cup packed brown sugar
Grease or spray 12-cup Bundt cake pan (I like to use the Pillsbury Baking Spray with Flour)
Mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon and put in a one gallon zip lock bag.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in the bag with the sugar and cinnamon to coat the pieces.
Place each coated biscuit pieces in the greased cake pan.
Mix butter and brown sugar together and pour over the biscuit pieces.
Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Turn upside down on a plate and serve warm. My family always goes after the outside crunchy pieces first! Enjoy!
