Happy Thursday, friends! With July 4th weekend quickly approaching, I thought I’d share with you a cute little plastic cutlery holder I found last week at Dollar General. Come check it out!
In preparation for the 4th of July celebrations I stopped by our local Dollar General last week. (Not to be confused with Dollar Tree, which should now be called Dollar 25 Tree.) I wanted to pick up some paper plates and napkins but I also spotted this little cutie. It’s ceramic and was only $8.
This set of clear assorted cutlery was $6 for a pack of 102 pieces. It contains 34 forks, spoons and knives. More than enough for a family get-together!
And all 102 pieces of cutlery fit perfectly in the holder that mimics mason jars. Pretty cute, huh? When we are serving our plates this weekend, I’ll simply leave this out and folks can help themselves! And it’s so easy to refill as needed. Easy-peasy! Our local Dollar General had a ton of these so if you are looking for a cheap and fun way to hold your plastic cutlery, this one’s for you! (Of course you could use real silverware if you are into that sort of thing at a picnic. Haha!)
For just $14 I have a cutlery filled container that I’m sure I’ll use often in the future! I think this one will stay at our lake house, which has more of a cottagey feel. Happy July 4th weekend if I don’t chat with you before then. Stay safe and God Bless America! xoxo Dell
